A UNIVERSE OF RUSSIAN DOLLS...

To me, a "dimension" is simply a perspective of consciousness, whereas a "density" is the predominant environment in which your consciousness perceives from in the moment.  Perspective is one thing, perception is another...

Let me explain my take here by using the following analogy:

Here is a picture of a hurricane.  As you observe it, you clearly understand that it has only 2 dimensions, length and width, i.e. an X axis and a Y axis.

Now, given that you are a sensory based human existing in a

3rd dimensional reality, from your point of view, your consciousness

is accustomed and programmed to follow that same reality and 

places itself in 3rd density.  To the average person, everything

they sense with their body is decoded in 3rd density.

​

So by observing content such as the image of this hurricane, most people logically recognize it as a 2 dimensional construct.  They are able to "see" it in a 2D perspective ( X axis and Y axis).  But since their consciousness resides in 3D, their perception is heightened by the fact that they know the hurricane also has depth.  That it is not just a flat cloud, but below it, the wind, rain, tornados and subsequent destruction of property and the compromise of people's impending doom is occurring...

So the "perspective" is 2 dimensional but the "perception" is 3 dimensional.

Dimensions are "inclusive", which means that within the 3rd dimension resides the 2nd and 1st.

They co-exist, like Russian dolls stacked one inside the other.  When your consciousness

perceives from a 3rd dimensional point of view, it understands the ones below, or the ones

"inside".

The 1st or "one" dimension could be the I in I AM.  The singularity of who you are, the one, 

the unique, the sole and the Soul...  The 2nd dimension could be duality, time as a timeline,

contrast, polarized opposites, or any dualistic concept one can think of.  The 3rd dimension can be the MIND, for Mind is movement.  Without the mind, your consciousness cannot perceive 3D.  The mind is what allows you to "move", either above the hurricane picture or within it.

It is said that our Higher Selves reside in 5D, beyond the veil of hyperspace.  The journey towards that dimension (see the Portal entitled ASCENSION) will require humans to reach out to it through 4D, which to me is the so called "Veil" of consciousness.  Interesting things to come...
